All the students of T.E.COMPUTER should note the following format for their Seminar report. First Page : Cover page Second Page : Certificate Third Page : Acknowledgement Fourth Page : Index For the further pages the following points should be followed. List of Figures : format Figno Figure Name List of Tables : format Tableno Table Name Page no Page no

Abstract Write your contents chapter wise and while creating chapters maintain the following sequence. Introduction or About history or Background. Working or About technique or About Technology I) Give numbering to chapters. II) Each and every subtopic will have title and numbering. e.g.second subtopic of third chapter will have number 3.2 III) Each and every figure and table should have number and name. ------Advantages and Disadvantages Applications References/Bibliography References may contain list of Books and list of papers and book names and papers should be as per IEEE format. e.g. Author Name , Book/Paper Name, Publication, Edition,Year etc.

Prepare two hard copies of seminar report with spiral binding. Report should be of minimum 30-35 pages. Submit one copy to seminar coordinator and keep another copy with you. Use excels bond papers. The deadline for submitting seminar report is 10th Feb 2012 Take colored print of cover page and certificate. (Compulsory).

All the students should strictly follow the format for report otherwise report will not be accepted. Use Times new roman everywhere. Left margin : 1.5 Right margin : 1 Top/Bottom margin : 1

Chapter name : font-14,bold,caps Sub topics : font-12, bold Text : font-12, 1.5 line spacing Use Header and footer after index page in the following format. Header Topic Name(Font 10) Footer Department of computer engineering (Font 10) Page number

Important Note:

The deadline for submitting seminar report is 10th Feb 2012
