MC206 HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (HRM)

Students have to come prepared with the readings assigned to every

Upon the completion of this course, students will be able to:

1. To understand and appreciate individual, interpersonal, and


contextual correlates of employee behaviors and outcomes in an
organization. (15 hours)

3. To appreciate responsible business practices in organizations. (15
hours)
4. To develop the capability to use several of these concepts and
ideas through tasks such as self-assessment instruments, exercises,
