Action Plan

Objective:

To foster a culture of kindness, responsibility, and community support among students


through various humanitarian activities.

Activities and Timeline:

1. Returning Important Items to Lost and Found


o Monthly Lost and Found Drives
 Timeline: First week of every month
 Description: Organize a drive where students can check the lost
and found department for their missing items. Encourage students
to return any found items promptly.
 Responsible Party: Student Council and School Administration
 Resources Needed: Posters, announcements, and a designated
lost and found area
2. Helping in Need During Calamities
o Emergency Preparedness Workshops
 Timeline: September (National Preparedness Month)
 Description: Conduct workshops to educate students on
emergency preparedness, including first aid, evacuation
procedures, and how to assist others during calamities.
 Responsible Party: School Nurse, Local Emergency Services
 Resources Needed: First aid kits, training materials, guest
speakers
o Calamity Response Teams
 Timeline: Throughout the school year
 Description: Form student-led teams trained to respond during
emergencies. These teams will assist in organizing relief efforts and
