Merol Pixels Contract of Agreement

This Photography Agreement is entered into on this ___ day of _________, 2025, in the

Description of Services
The Photographer agrees to perform photography services as described below. These
services will be provided in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement:

The Photographer will make every effort to capture high-quality photographs that meet the
Client's expectations. Any additional requests or changes to the scope of work must be
mutually agreed upon in writing.

Payment Terms
To secure the booking and the services of the Photographer, the Client agrees to the
following payment structure:
 Total Cost for Services: PHP ____________
 Deposit: PHP ____________ (non-refundable; payable upon signing this
Agreement)
 Remaining Balance: PHP ____________ (to be paid no later than _________,
2025)
The deposit guarantees the Photographer’s availability on the agreed-upon date(s).
Payment can be made using the following method(s):

Late payments may result in delays or additional charges.

Deliverables
The Photographer will deliver the agreed-upon photographs in the following manner:

 Delivery Timeline: The photographs will be delivered within 1 to 2 months after the
event date.

Additional edits or changes requested by the Client after delivery may incur extra charges.

Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth execution of the photography services, the Client agrees to the following:
1. Provide the Photographer with timely access to the event location(s) and subjects.
2. Ensure any necessary permits or permissions are obtained for the photography.
3. Clearly communicate any specific shots or themes desired prior to the event.
4. Be available or designate a representative to assist the Photographer during the
event, as needed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling


 Cancellation Policy: If the Client needs to cancel this Agreement, written notice
must be provided at least 10 days before the event date. Please note that the deposit
is non-refundable.
 Rescheduling Policy: If the Client needs to reschedule, it is subject to the
Photographer’s availability. Additional charges may apply if the new date conflicts
with other commitments.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the Photographer from performing, all
payments made, including the deposit, will be refunded to the Client.
Limitation of Liability
The Photographer’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client under this Agreement.
The Photographer is not liable for issues outside their control, including but not limited to:
 Equipment malfunction
 Weather-related disruptions
 Delays caused by third parties
The Photographer will make every reasonable effort to deliver the agreed-upon services.

Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer from any claims,
damages, or liabilities arising from the performance of this Agreement, except in cases of
gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Photographer and the
Client. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal
agreements or assurances are not binding.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this
Agreement will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in the Photographer’s
location.
