Greetings of Peace!

It is our collective and individual responsibility to preserve and tend to the world where we live
in; thus, the Department of Education through Laoac National High School in partnership with
Girl Scouts of the Philippines, will be conducting a community-based project on Ecology that
aims to grow trees in two distant barangays of Laoac, Pangasinan on the second week of June
2024.

Moreover, we support the advocacy of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources
on Forest Management. As we hold the project, we wish to promote the same advocacy and to
encourage the members of the community most especially the young generation to become
stewards of the environment.

In connection to this, may we humbly request your good office for a transportation assistance
(1 van: to cater to girl scout volunteers to pick up the seedlings & 1 truck: to transport
the seedlings from the nursery) to and fro Mangatarem CENRO Nursery at Mangatarem,
Pangasinan. The proposed departure time from the school is 5:00 in the morning on June
6,2024.

We thank you for your unrelenting support and understanding.
