Dear Sir,

Warm greetings of peace and solidarity!

On behalf of Abucay Elementary School, I am writing to formally inform you of the


upcoming activity “Joint BSP and GSP Encampment” to be held at our school premises on
January 22-24, 2025. In this regard, we would like to cordially invite you to the Opening
Ceremony on January 22, 2025. Your presence will serve as a source of inspiration to the
participants and reinforce the importance of community support.
This event will be participated in by 27 schools from the Municipality of Pilar and will
gather a significant number of students, teachers, and parents. With this, we kindly request the
assistance of your barangay tanod on the following dates to ensure the safety and success of
the event:

A. January 20, 2025 (Monday)


o To help in organizing the ground preparation of the school for the camporal and
lay-out areas for various activities.

B. January 22- 24, 2025 (Wednesday to Friday)


o Provide security during the event, particularly during overnight activities.
o Assist with crowd management and ensure a peaceful environment.
o Coordinate with school staff in addressing any safety concerns that may arise.

Your support and active involvement in this matter will greatly contribute to the success
of the encampment. We look forward to your positive response to this request. Thank you and
