Remark :

Events Team will collect all the equipment on the same day or by 07.00am the following day. You will
be required to provide a clearing time at the time of booking.
Please ensure that all items are ready for collection after your event. If for any reason the location
for collection has changed, it is the requester’s responsibility to return the equipment to the delivery
location, prior to collection.
All returnable equipment must be left for collection by Events team. Requesters are responsible for
any loss or damage of event resources. Any missing or broken items will be charged replacement
rates.
