HR Department | Recruitment Process by Kate Q.

The recruiter is responsible for the crucial pillars of the recruitment process. The following will discuss
the pillars, as well as the detailed expectations and explanations for the tasks.

1. Identifying the needs and Carrying out a job analysis

- The Health Manager Coordinators relay the demands to the recruiter. This includes the
positions needed to be filled in.
- The recruiter has to identify the needs to successfully carry out the proceeding steps.

2. Creating a job description

- The recruiter must coordinate with the HMC/Founder to confirm the details of the position.
This includes the position title, job description, qualifications, the salary range or pay rate,
the location, the benefits if there is any, and any additional information the applicants need
to know.

3. Job posting
- The recruiter has to post the job listing to various websites or platforms that are mainly used
in the process such as Facebook, Indeed, and on the website.

4. Sourcing
- Aside from getting applicants for the job posted on Facebook, Indeed, and on the company
website, the recruiter also sources applicants using Facebook pages and groups, Hiretual,
and Find Candidates on Indeed.
- When sourcing, the recruiter has to carefully filter the details and qualifications of the
candidates to find the perfect fit for the position. The necessary factors to consider are as
follows: experience, location, certifications, etc.

5. Evaluating and Assessing of Candidates

- When the recruiter receives applicants, he/she has to evaluate the candidate’s
qualifications, check their resumes, etc.
- The recruiter has to reach out to the candidates should they pass the qualifications.

6. Scheduling of Interviews
- The recruiter will then have to message the candidate, provide an option of a date and time
for the interview to allow them to confirm or reschedule. Providing the candidates' options
will increase the chances of them responding.

7. Interviewing of Candidates
- The recruiter has to interview a phone call using RingCentral.
- The recruiter has to call the candidate at the agreed time and date of the interview.
- The recruiter has to prepare the documents to be used for the interview such as the
interview questions, and other spreadsheets that will be of good use during the interview.
8. Registering the candidate to the database & sending a separate email
- Upon completion of the aforementioned process, the recruiter has to ask the candidate to
hold for a moment while she inputs their information to the database (ADP.) This is to
ensure that the candidates will receive an email that’s important to the completion of their
application. The recruiter has to successfully delegate the candidate to the onboarding
specialist.
- After inputting the information into the database, the recruiter will have to send another
separate email to the candidate. This contains a warm greeting to the candidate, as well as
the steps that they have to follow to complete the onboarding process.

9. Verification of license and references

- The recruiter has to verify the referee given by the candidate, as well as the licenses and
certifications.
