2ND GENERAL ASSEMBLY SCRIPT

HOST: KATE & JERHO


*PRELIMINARIES*
HOST: LET US ALL STAND FOR THE PRELIMINARIES
THANK YOU AND YOU MAY NOW SEAT.
Kate: What a pleasant afternoon, CAFamilya! It’s been a while and
we’re back again for another semester this academic year of
2024-2025.
Jerho: Yes! and before we get ready for this journey, of course lagi
nating kina conduct ang general assembly for our dear students
to increase their understanding of CAF’s vision and mission while
motivating them to engage more actively in the college’s future
initiatives.

**Introducing of host**
Jerho & Kate: So, My name is Jerho Banzuela and I’m Kate Dela
Torre And we’ll be your host for today’s event of 2 nd General
Assembly with the theme One More Round: Entering Another
Learning Semester with Enthusiasm and Desire for New
Knowledge.
Kate:

Kate: So as you can see our theme today is talaga namang alam
ng ating mga student partner, Familiar sa Squid Game right?? And
since theme natin ang Squid Game today, for sure may idea na
sila kung ano ipapagames natin for them, SO ABANGAN YAN MAYA
MAYA at mahaba haba pa ang ating pagsasama for today.
Jerho: But partner, before we officially start with this exciting
event, mag roroll call tayo since lahat ng caf students ay nandito.
Unahin na natin ang ating mga first year, so WHERE ARE THE
FIRST YEAAR???
Kate: Woww! Anlakas ng energy nila. Madami dami paa. Ngayon
naman where are the SECOND YEAR??
Jerho: Hindi naman talaga mag papatalo ang batch natin partner,
malakas rin! NEXT, WHERE ARE OUR 3RD YEAR STUDENTS??
Kate: Ayunn ang ating mga 3 rd year students, humahabol din sa
lakas, AND LASTLY, WHERE ARE THE 4 TH YEAR STUDENTS?? Ang
ating mga ate’s and kuyaa’s
Jerho: Yun! Andun ang ating mga senior, mga busy ngayon sa
kanilang OJT. Goodluck sa mga ate’s and kuya’s natin dyan. (Pag
mayo sinda adlib na sana us both)

Kate: Now, let’s officially kick things off! Please welcome our very
own Dean, Dean Lorence Aster B. Pellejera, MBA, CPA, for the
opening remarks.

*DEAN SPEECH*

Kate: Thank you so much, Dean Lorence, for those inspiring words
to our CAF community. On this juncture, may we present to you
our CAF UNIFORM FOR THE 2ND SEMESTER. Let us all welcome our
dear caf students for their ramp attire of our uniforms. Around of
please.
*RAMP OF DIFFERENT UNIFORM*
Kate: And that’s the presentation of the CAF UNIFORM. So always
wear your uniform inside the school and especially sa room. About
the corporate attire naman, I’m not sure ha but naka depende sa
schedule nyo but most of the time Wednesday ang corporate
attire natin.
JERHO AND KATE: SINO GUSTONG MANALOO??? So kung napansin
nyo if nag register kayo, your name will be count here sa ating
RAFFLE. Our prices will be the NCF Merchandise so let’s begin,
sino kayaa ang maswerteng mag uuwi ng papremyo today??

*ADLIB FOR THE RAFFLE*

Jerho: AND, now in this juncture listen up dahil mag kakaroon ng


special presentation of Calendar of Activities for this 2 nd Semester.
Kagaya ng dati, the student council together with the organization
ay laging naghahanda ng mga activities for our students for them
to participate. Furthermore, by presenting these calendar, you
can track kung ano nang activity ang susunod para makapag
ready kayo.

Kate: That’s right! Aside from that, sa calendar of activities


makikita ninyo na rin kung saan napupunta ang mga binabayad
nyong SAF or the STUDENT FUNDS. So Let’s welcome first to the
stage :

To present the much-awaited CAF Uniform and Calendar of
Activities!

Jerho: Ayan, Thank you so much to our Governor and President


and Wow, that’s very exciting! I hope na everyone will participate
sa mga implemented activities this semester since para sainyo
naman din yan and for your own goods, So, Okay na??

Kate: Yes, I strongly agreed partner maliban dyan it can also


benefit you the knowledge, may be hindi ngayon but malay mo
magamit mo in the near future.

ICE BREAKER- GAMES ADLIB AND THE MECHANICS

Jerho: That was a blast! Nag enjoy ba?

Kate : If yes, Now is the time for the very important presentation
which the Financial Report of the Student Council and the JPIA and
JFINEX. Here, malalaman nyo na yung break down and masasagot
yung question nyo na SAAN BA NAPUPUNTA ANG SAF NAMIN? So
basically yung SAF na binabayad ninyo saamin is ginagamit lang
naman for funding those activities na para sainyo. Kagaya ng mga
seminars, different engaging activities and yung mga ginanap na
mga major event. To present this, We have Jerho Banzuela from
CSC, Honey Len Moratalla from JPIA, and Mary Jane Encinas from
JFINEX to present the Financial Statements. So firstly, Partner you
can now take the stage.

PRESENTATION OF FS
Kate: Thank you for that informative presentation. Now, alam nyo
na kung saan napupunta mga pera nyoo. And now, for our
SECOND RAFFLE

Jerho: And with that partner, since numbers nanaman nakita nila
parang oras na para sa GAMES! Gusto niyo ba yun??

Kate: YESSS daw, for this awaiting part, May we call on Mr. John
Paul Montarde our Core Volunteer to facilitate this game session,
JP break a leg!
