How AirPaddle works


Our new paddle system creates the air
movement necessary for manure drying in a
very energy-efficient manner. Two traction
cables rotate paddles made from flexible
plastic strips. The paddles oscillate 1.5 times
per second. This movement combined with the
plastic strip’s flexibility create a constant
airflow across the entire width of the manure
belt. The air is drawn in laterally from the aisle
and the trough area. The manure thus dries
perfectly over the entire surface of the
manure belt.
