REQUIRED TASK:

STEP 1. End-to-End Recruitment Process Design

Objective: Develop a comprehensive recruitment and selection process for a specific job role.
Tasks:

 Choose an industry and job role (e.g., Marketing Manager, Software Developer).

 Identify and justify the recruitment channels (e.g., job boards, social media, recruitment

 Propose an interview process (structured, unstructured, or panel).

Tasks:
