Hospitality Colleges Incorporated, as they engage in On-the-Job Training (OJT) or Internship Programs. It
provides an overview of the procedures, requirements, and expectations for successful completion of their
practical learning experience.
The OJT program serves as an essential component in the curriculum, allowing students to apply theoretical
knowledge in a real-world environment while developing relevant skills for their careers.

2. Program Overview
The OJT/Internship Program is a structured learning experience that provides students with an opportunity to
apply academic knowledge in a professional setting. The program duration and required hours differ for Senior
High School and College students:

 Must be enrolled in a TVL (Technical-Vocational-Livelihood) or Academic strand.

 Must have completed 80% of required academic units.
 Must attend the OJT orientation.

 Must be in the 3rd or 4th year, as required by the curriculum.

 Medical Clearance: A health clearance certifying the student is fit for work.
 Student OJT Agreement: Signed by the student, school, and host company.
 Insurance Coverage: Proof of insurance for the duration of the OJT (provided by the school or privately
arranged).

 Late arrivals and unexcused absences may affect the student’s evaluation.
