Madam/Sir,
As per the above referred letter, this Vidyalaya is qoing to conduct the KVS Regional
Sports Meet 2024 in Kabaddi U-14 &17 Girls from 9th to 11th July 2024 and Kabaddi U-14
&17 Boys from 19th to 22nd July 2024. I take the privilege to extend my warm welcome to all
the participants and escorting teachers to this Vidyalaya.
Following points may be noted for the smooth conduct of the meet.
1. The Kabaddi Girls participants should reach the Vidyalaya in the afternoon of 8h July
2024.A meeting of escorting teachers will be conducted on 8h July at 7pm for making
fixture and other information. The mess will sport from the dinner of 8h July up to
evening snacks of 11" July 2024. Registration and weight of the participants will be
done on 9th July at 8.AM.
Similarly, Kabaddi Boys participants should reach the Vidyalaya in the afternoon of
18th July 2024. A meeting of escorting teachers will be conduct on 18th July at 7 pm.
The mess will start from the dinner of 18h July to evening snacks of 22nd July 2024.
Registration &weight of the participants will be done on 19"h July at 8AM.

U-14 - Born on or after 01,01.2011
U-17 - Born on or after 01.01.2008
Weight U-14 Girls-Below 48 Kgs
Weight U-14 Boys-Below 51 Kgs

3. The KVs to participate in above said game will send the data in the below
format to Sh. S. R. Mishra, TGT, P&HE, KV, No.3, Bhubaneswar in WhatsApp number
9438360483 before 3rd July 2024.

from the KVS Sports portal with signature of PaHE and Principal

c) Parents consent wll be kept in the concerned Vidyalaya
d) Participants should be provided with Kobadd1 mat shoes as all the matches wil be
played on mat
e) School Flag
