Annexure - I

Acceptable Photograph Guide:


• Photo should have full face (from top of hair to bottom on chin), The image shouldhave
face prominently visible (80% of the image) with both ears visible.
• Able to fit into the template given below, with the eyes positioned in the shaded area.

1) Eyes open, center head within frame whereby the head races the camera directly.
looking straight at camera. clearly visible and close to camera.
2 ) The background should be a plain white or off-white background
3) Photo should not be Blur/with dim/improper light/over exposed/shadows on face.
4) The photo-print should be clear undamaged (not torn, creased or marked)
5) Photo with Gaps/Hats, Mask and dark glasses not permitted.
6i No sunglasses or tinted spectacles, and no hair across the eyes.

Format: - jpg 8 bit.


Size: - Minimum 8 KB and maximum 50KB
Dimensions: - I 00(Width) x I 20(Height) pixel Only} .

Acceptable Signature Guide:


I) The applicant has to sign on white paper and with Black Ink pen and scan it as image
II) Sign image should be horizontal and clearly visible.

Format :- jpg 8 bit.


Size :- Minimum 8KB and maximum 50KB
Dimensions :- 140(Width) x 60(Height) pixel only}.

Acceptable Photo ID Guide:


I ) ID proof to be submitted should be clear readable and verifiable..
II) Photo ld image should be horizontal and clearly visible.

Format :- jpg 8 bit,


Size :- Minimum 8KB and maximum 300KB
Dimensions :- 400( w idth) x 420(Height) pixeI only .

Note:-
Photo/Signature will be printed on the ID card. Admit card 'Hall ticket. Certificate etc . Please
ensure that the Photo/Signature is clear end verifiable. If the image/s are unclear the application
way be rejected by the institute.
