Hey! I’m so happy you’re here.

Welcome, cycle breaker! I’m Usha Anandi. And I’m so honored you’ve
decided to take this step with me. First, a little bit about who I am.
I grew up in an Irish Catholic household where I was taught to…

• Fear sex
• Hide my period blood because it was gross, dirty, and shameful
• See being a woman as a curse

I knew nothing about my body and was completely out of touch with
my womb. It resulted in a constant sense of confusion, depletion, and
burnout. While I didn’t know why I felt how I felt, I knew there was more
out there for me. And I was so right.

A BIT ABOUT MY JOURNEY

Perhaps like you, I didn’t grow up in a household where my womanhood


was celebrated. My mom threw me a pack of menstrual pads, shrugged
her shoulders, and said “welcome to the club” when I got my first period
at age 14.

Soon enough, I developed hatred for my cycle, my womb, and the overall
experience of being a woman. Like the women before me, I tried hard to
‘make up’ for the fact I was a woman.

Enter the oral contraceptive pill - prescribed by my Doctor at age 15, I was
told this magical pill would take away my annoying period, make my skin
clear, and even make my boobs bigger! GOLLY! I was in.

It wasn’t long before I found myself struggling with weight gain, acne, mood
swings, and a general sense of disconnection to my body thanks to the pill.
No one seemed to have the answers I needed to heal, so I took it upon myself
to get the education I needed.

I immersed myself in the science of holistic nutrition, became a clinical


herbalist, full-spectrum birth worker, and I apprenticed for years in yoga with
a Master in India and midwifery and ceremony with a Master in Mexico.

Along the way, I realized I wasn’t the only one who didn’t learn anything
about her body or how it worked growing up…

So I Founded Womben Wellness eight years ago, and since then have
worked with thousands of paying clients and taught over 10,000 hours
in womb work training to help women unlock their womb as a source of
feminine connection, creative wisdom and unlimited vitality.

As a teacher, I’ve dedicated myself to alchemizing science and the sacred


and helping women recognize & reset their patterns.
