consultation with the Chief General Manager (HR) & General Manager (HR-MPP) (BC Offioer) in exercise of
the powers delegated to him under Adm. Circular No. 10 dated 23.03.2006 read with G.O.74 (P) dated 30.04.1974l
G.O.l 1 I (P) dated 13.05.1982, the undermentioned employees/Officers who have completed 6 years or more in
the post held by them without advantage ofpromotion are hereby granted the higher grade benefit on I't occasion.

2. The aforesaid benefit is granted subject to the following terms and conditions.
i. The pay ofthe aforesaid employees/officers shall be hxed in the Pay Scale as indicated in Column No. 4
against their names as per S.R.29 (a) read with S.R.32 (b) of M.S.E.T.C.L. Employees' Service
Regulations, 2012.
ii. As per the provisions under G.O.l I l(P) dated 13.05.1982, the existing post ofabove employees/officers
shall stand upgraded temporarily for purpose ofdrawal ofpay in their respective pay scale as shown above
till their actual promotion to the next higher post and will be treated as personal to them. They will
continue to perform the same functions and duties and will carry the same designation till they are
promoted against clear vacancies as and when available. The upgraded posts shall stand automatically
downgraded on their promotion to the higher post.

iii. Whenever any ofthe aforesaid employees/officers are promoted in the available vacancies, they shalljoin
at the place of postings. It
for any reason, they refuse to accept the promotion, the aforesaid benefit
granted to them shall be withdrawn from the date oftheir promotion order.

iv. lfthe benefit as above granted from due date is not acceptable to any ofthe above employees /officers or
if they want to avail from any later date (for whatsoever reason) they shall communicate to the
undersigned in the format enclosed (ANNEXURE-B) with the C.S. No.05 dated ?Wfrgw G.O.1ll
(P) dated 13.05.1982 within two monfis from the date of receipt of this ordrr.
