Today we are able to communicate with people across the globe at the touch of a button. While globalization, or communication between nations beyond their borders, is an old concept, with the onset of new technology globalization is impacting the ways we communicate and learn in fascinating ways. We are expanding our understanding of fellowship and as we become more connected, we are deepening our educational experiences. 2 the world becomes more accessible and equitable in general. Search engines, EBooks, online courses and other virtual education give more people the ability to learn about subjects that used to require a certain level of income or social positioning. Information isn't as restricted and it allows us the opportunity not only to receive information but to enter into academic spaces and contribute. EFFECT OF GLOBALIZATION TO COMMUNICATION SKILLS A. VIRTUAL INTERACTION Globalization has made virtual Streamlined Accounting communication a big part of work. People need to learn how to use tools like email and virtual meetings properly, as they are different from talking face-to-face. Training programs now help people get better at these virtual skills. B. CULTURAL AWARENESS IN SPEECH: Talking to people from different cultures requires understanding their way of speaking. Even if you speak the same language, words, tone, and topics might differ. Training now helps people learn these differences to communicate better. C. CULTURAL AWARENESS IN BODY LANGUAGE: Body language, like eye contact and personal space, varies across cultures. What’s normal in one culture might be rude in another. Training programs teach people how to understand these differences for better communication. D. TIME DIFFERENCES: Working with people in different time zones can be tricky. You might be working while they are sleeping. Training programs now help people learn how to communicate well despite these time differences. Thank you
