I am writing to express my interest in the position of Administrative Officer II


(Administrative Officer I) with Plantilla Item No. OSEC-DPWHB-ADOF2-
660021-2022 at the DPWH – Iligan City District Engineering Office. I believe that
my unique combination of technical knowledge and skills in organization and
communication makes me a strong candidate for this role.

My background in Civil Engineering has provided me with valuable insights into


infrastructure development, construction management, and public works, which
are integral to the operations of DPWH. Additionally, my degree in Bachelor of
Elementary Education has equipped me with skills in communication,
organization, and leadership, which are essential for effective coordination and
management in any administrative or public service role. Furthermore, I have
earned 9 units in the Master of Public Management, further enhancing my
knowledge and skills in public administration and management

Throughout my time at DPWH, I have gained valuable experience in project


documentation, which has helped me develop strong skills in organization,
coordination, and office management. Combined with my technical knowledge
from my engineering background and educational Knowledge, this experience
has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and
administrative aspects of the department's operations. ensuring that services
are delivered effectively and in line with the department’s mission.
