BLT SANDWICH (BACON, LETTUCE, AND

LAYER:
- Toasted Slice Bread (With Mayo)
- Lettuce
- Bacon Strips

INGREDIENTS
o 4 Bread Slices (Toasted in
Butter/Mayonnaise)
o Mayonnaise (Lady's Choice Mayo)
o 4 Strips of Crisp Bacon
o 3 Big Slices Tomato (Seasoned with Salt
and Pepper)
o Lettuce Leaves
BET SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS

PROCEDURE
REUBEN SANDWICH SAUERKRAUT
1. Sauté Cabbage in butter until tender
2. Add Vinegar and Season with Salt and
Pepper.
3. Drain, Cool, and set aside
4. In a hot pan Sauté Sliced Onion until it
Caramelized
5. Add the Cabbage and Thyme (for
seasoning) to the Caramelized onion until
its heated all the way through

(CREAMY TOMATO PASTA)
INGREDIENTS
o 2 Tablespoons Butter INGREDIENTS
o 3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour o Minced Garlic
o 1 Carrot Small Diced o Minced Onion
o 1 Stalk Celery Small Diced o Ground Beef
o 1 Big White Onion Small Diced o Tomato Sauce
o 2 Cloves Garlic Minced o Tomato Paste
o Thyme o Chicken Stock
o 1 Bay Leaf o Parmesan / Any Cheese
o 10 Tomato (Concasse) o Cream Cheese / Evaporated Milk
o Chicken/Beef Stock o Fresh / Dried Parsley
o Pinch Sugar
o Salt & Pepper
PROCEDURE

3. Let the pasta sit for a few minutes to


thicken further, then serve immediately
(else it will get dry and mushy).
