Student Success Tips:

1. Calculating your GPA throughout the semester is a proven student success strategy! Not to
mention, many organizations, co-curricular experiences, and opportunities have GPA
requirements.
2. Avoid probation! Probation status occurs when a student’s UCF cumulative GPA drops below
2.0. Academic Probation will continue until the current term and UCF cumulative GPA reach 2.0
or better.
3. Educate yourself on UCF Academic Policies, GPA calculation and more:

4. Questions about classes, registration for future semesters, how to add/drop classes,
withdrawal should be directed to your College advisor. If you do not know how to identify your
college advisor, ask your SLS 1501 Faculty for assistance.
