1. Committed to carrying out the Department of Education's (DepEd) mandates


in its pursuit of quality education and continuous improvement of the teaching and
learning delivery and the MATATAG Agenda, giving support to teachers to teach
better, this Office throuch the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) announces
the Submission of the Supervisory Plan and Report for School Heads, SY 2024-
2025.

2. Schools are advised to submit their quarterly supervisory plans and reports
on the following dates:

3. In accordance with DM-OSEC~2024-01, Guidance on the Implementation of


DepEd Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) Relative to
Executive Order No. 61 (S 2024), it is highly recolnmended that the STAR Tool be
used during classroom observations.

4. Enclosures 1 , 2, and 3 are the school supervisory plan and Report templates
and STAR Observation Rubric.
