International hiring of verticals across all international locations (US).
Manage the hiring targets and ensure closures happen in time.
Using all channels of hiring effectively- Job Boards, Networking, and Referrals etc.
Interface with engagement Managers /Directors who ever needed.
Sourcing through various portal modes like Monster, Networking, Referencing, Cold Calling, head
Hunting, Job Portals etc.
Marketing H1B and OPT/Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job

Preparing the CV and suggest any modifications required broadcasting the consultants profile to
Vendors on regular basis.
