i wanted to clarify our subscription policy to ensure there is no confusion. our
subscriptions are set to the venue automatically, as mentioned during signup, and we
have a no refund policy for renewals unless a cancellation request is made prior to the
renewal date. Since your subscription renewed on February 1,2022,and we received
your request after this renewal, i regret that we are processing a refund for that recent
charge.
However i have gone ahead and cancelled your subscription to ensure no further
renewals occur. You will continue to have access to your recruit crm until the end of the
current building cycle , which will allow you to export to any data or wrap up pending
tasks.
We are sorry to see you go but would love to hear about experience and how we can
improve if there is any specific we can help with or any feedback you would like to share
