Philippines. Do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, JOY A. BENOLIRAO, Filipino, legal age, and a
resident of Brgy. Mayngaran, Masbate City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney, for me and in
my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and wit;

1. To submit, process, and to receive any transaction made by Government Agencies, (ROD)
Registration of Deeds, Municipal Assessor, Provincial Assessor, (DENR) Department of
