It is very good to see you sharing some of your amazing tech documents again! It is what brought me to your site in the first place. Maybe next one Netflix (1) Network Architecture (3)

Very informative ...highly useful for system debugging. Thanks for sharing.
Did you observe - this is one such log where - no ESM flag activation was indicated by UE in the PDN connectivity req ... also network didn't query for
identity req; it trusted the UE(/UICC) & proceeded with AIR...?

PARVEZ AKTAR 2018-08-02 17:33:42

Thanks it is very informative , and helpful for troubleshooting, can we also have such document for SRVCC,S1-handover,X2-handover,CSFB etc... that

Fantastic call flow explanation. It would be great if Netmania could provide the actual pcap file so we could examine the pcap more closely using
Wireshark. Thanks.

Chaman Kapoor 2018-09-30 13:17:15

amazing

eric lucernas 2018-11-16 01:32:08

Very good explanation. Do you have similar call flow for MO VoLTE call?

matt paul 2018-12-07 02:43:03

Very nice information about the PDN connection and it is a better option to make a good communication architecture. For more information have a visit
on https://uaetechnician.ae/computer-data-recovery

nitinbhat 2018-12-29 17:17:47

Thanks for this explanation.

I have a query.
Why Activate dedicated eps bearer context accept is not piggybacked with E-RAB setup response as E-RAB setup request and Activate Dedicated
eps bearer context request is piggy backed.

Thanks
Nitin

Thank you very much. A very useful guide when comparing with live traces.

Harpreet Kaur 2019-05-31 02:51:22

I have a question: For PDN type IPv6, does SAEGW allocate a unique /64 prefix to each UE (which would mean 2^64 - 1 IP addresses not being used
at all and getting wasted) or a /64 prefix is given to multiple UEs to derive /128 IP addresses?

reza 2019-11-10 19:50:57

Thanks .

Chanchal 2020-08-07 14:13:30
