The present continuous tense (also called Present progressive
tense) describes an action which is occurring now, right now, in
this moment.

Structure for the present continuous


Subject + Auxiliary verb To Be + Gerund(verb with ING)

Time Expressions for present continuous: now, right now,


today, right away, and at the moment
