II. MATTER/S TO BE INVESTIGATED

2. A case of an Alleged Robbery Incident that occured on November 15,2024 at


Office Room 416, Mountain Province State University, Poblacion, Bontoc, Mountain
Province needs to establish a relationship between the contents of the collected
questioned document and the case at hand. The questioned document contained the
name of the suspect Jack Cole Lyn who had liabilities to the victim.

III. FACTS OF THE CASE

3. On or about 8:20 in the morning of November 15,2024, an alleged robbery


incident occured at Office Room 416, Mountain Province State University, Poblacion,
Bontoc, Mountain Province .The alleged victim was identified through her personal
belongings found in her office as Fining G. Garcia, 27 years old, married, a office
treasurer and a resident of Office Room 416, Mountain Province State University,
Poblacion, Bontoc, Mountain Province.

4. Initial investigation disclosed that the suspect Jack Cole Lyn, male, 30 years old,
married, and a resident of Challeya Centrum,Lower Caluttit,Bontoc, Mountain Province is
known to the victim and his name was seen to be written in one of the documents found
in the crime scene that belonged to the victim;

5. One Marjo T. Bagsingit, 20 years old,Call Center Agent, and a resident of Lower
Caluttit, Bontoc,Mountain Province, alleged that while walking along the hallway
searching for her missing pet at the 4th floor, she saw that the door to Room 416 was
open and immediately noticed the messed inside.She was afraid of what she saw and
instead called the police;

6. The First responder, PO2 Jovanni Ace T. Sikwan immediately went to the scene
and secured it and requested SOCO Team assistance.He then called for the investigator-
on-case. The undersigned investigator-on-case was dispatched; she rushed to the crime
scene and initially conducted investigation. The undersigned investigator asked for the
assistance of the SOCO Team. The crime scene was turned over by the investigator-on-
case to the SOCO Team Leader for processing. After the SOCO Team processed the
scene, the SOCO Team Leader furnished a copy of the following pieces of evidence to
the undersigned investigator:
a. One (1) 14 inches length hammer with a 1.5 inches yellow handle
width,with a weight of 0.454 kilograms marked as “JFMD-A-11-15-24”;
b. Two (2) shoe prints with a measurement of 9.66 inches found from the
entry point facing towards the cash register marked as “JFMD-4-11-15-24” ;
c. One (1) cash register measured at 7 inches in width, and 13 inches length
marked as “JFMD-5-11-15-24” was found on the top of the table opened and damaged
with only 32 coins remaining inside;
d. Four (4) kinds of scattered items displaced across the room,including one
(1) trash bin,six (6) documents,one (1) reusable bag, and two (2) overturned furniture.

7. Warrant of arrest was issued against the suspect.
