I'm well aware that when the covid-19 global pandemic starts in the Philippines there are

countless businesses and companies file for bankruptcy. But then again, if I'm a sole proprietor
of a small business I will utilize the ICT tools to create advancements to improve the profits and
sales of my business even though our country is facing a pandemic. Furthermore, the ICT tools
like computers, smartphones, laptops, and software programs turn out to be crucial for each
businesses owners to have especially in times of pandemic. So, in my business, I will make use
of those ICT tools that I mentioned previously. First of all, if I'm good at programming, I will
build an application or dynamic website to attract my customers to avail and buy the
merchandise or products and services that my business offer accessible online. But, if I didn't
successfully build an app or website, I will create a Facebook page for my customers to purchase
and avail themselves of my products and services in a convenient way by simply messaging me
their orders. Also, I will create an Instagram account to upload some photos of my merchandise
and services to attract more customers. Moreover, I will use my smartphones to live stream my
products.
