The statement of the problem all of the thirty (30) selected participants are currently
studying at Good Samaritan Colleges in the grade levels of junior high, senior high, and
college located in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. The ages of respondents ranged from
twelve to thirteen (12–13), seventeen (17), and eighteen and above (18–above). In
addition, female respondents have the highest frequency of 15.99 and a percentage of
53.3%, outnumbering male respondents, who have the lowest frequency of 14.01 and a
percentage of 46.7%.
2. The statement of the problem in this item indicates that a verbal interpretation of "yes"
and a percentage of 83.3% in the data collected indicate that the respondents are aware of
the concept of an honestore.
3. The statement of the problem in this item that is based on the data gathered, the
respondents believe that the "Honesty Store" idea might boost revenue, as shown by the
percentage of 96.7%, frequency of 29, and verbal interpretation of "yes" in the survey.

that the respondents, with an 80%, a frequency of 24, and a verbal interpretation of "yes,"
had prior awareness of the concept of an honestore.

familiar with the idea of Honestore with a percentage of 90, a frequency of 27, and a
verbal interpretation of "yes".
6. The statement of the problem in this item show that the findings demonstrate that
customer service at Honestore influences the customers' inclination to buy again with the
highest weighted mean of 3.73 and the verbal interpretation of "strongly agree" based on
the data collected. While pricing and the product quality of the goods, with a weighted
mean of 3.67 and verbal interpretation of "strongly agree".
7. The results of the data collection reveal that customer service is the customer's top
motivation for returning to Honestore, with the highest weighted mean of 3.77 and a
verbal interpretation of "strongly agree." The second justification given by consumers for
returning to Honestore is the product quality, with a weighted mean of 3.67 and a verbal
meaning of "strongly agree". The pricing is the least reason stated by customers for
purchasing at the Honestore, with a verbal interpretation of "strongly agree" and a
weighted mean of 3.60.
