app to book 1:1 sessions with Panel of certified ICF coaches and licensed counsellors. Our Insurance Partner
conduct Live Webinars, Workshops, and Panel Discussions to help employees continuously learn and
improve their well-being. Mental Health Care App has recorded webinars, mini sessions, tools, and a
growing library of up to 300 modules and activities for self-learning and care. Employees do have a 24*7
dedicated support team for appropriate care. Mental Wellness Program will aid in improving employees'

1. What are in-patient benefits?


In-patient care is when a patient must stay in the hospital for close monitoring for more than 24 hours.
Some common examples of in-patient care are surgeries, routine & complex, serious illnesses, severe
injuries, etc. In-patient benefits include hospital beds, resources like medicines and observance of
healthcare professionals.

2. What are out-patient benefits?


Out-patient care does not require hospital care and refers to visits to clinics, associated hospitals,
specialist consultations, etc. that do not require overnight hospital admission. Some common
examples of out-patient care are general physicians, diagnostic services, treatments, etc.

3. What is a cashless claim settlement?


A cashless claim settlement means that the insurance company will pay directly to the hospital at the
time of discharge without any upfront payment.

4. What is a pre-existing conditions coverage?


Pre-existing conditions are chronic or long-term illnesses including diabetes, cancer, lupus, etc. for
which treatment or diagnosis has been received before enrolment in the health insurance plan.

5. What is co-payment?
Co-payment means splitting the costs of the insurance claim with the insurer. The policyholder will pay
a portion of the medical expenses and the remaining amount will be borne by the insurance company,
as stated in the policy

6. What is daily room & board benefit?


These benefits refer to the actual accommodation charges during a hospital confinement within the
limit of the benefits.

7. What is hospital confinement?


“Hospital Confinement” shall mean confinement in a Hospital for any duration as long as there is
(a) a Room and Board charge or
(b) a surgery
