Contactor, Compressor overload relay, Compressor Discharge gas Thermostat, Electrical Scanner (U.V, OV, SPPR,
Voltage Unbalance, Single phase protection) with LED Panel on CDU , Defrost Heater Safety Switch. Unit constructed
with SS sheet panels and should be assembled to form a rigid structure. Cooler surface should be assembled to form
copper tubes and Aluminum fins mechanically bound in place complete with refrigerant piping with 19mm thick
nitrile insulation ,condensate drip tray at the base with drain line connection complete as per specification
It shall include weather proof lighting and strip curtains.
Coils shall be applied with anti-rust coating.

The unit shall be capable of operating at maximum ambient 45deg c.

2 PUF PANEL FOR WALL AND ROOF

Pre-fabricated panels with 0.5 MM interior and exterior 0.5 MM (100 MM) thick pre-painted GI sheets precisely
formed with steel dies and rollform equipment, confirming to I.S.12346. The panels “foamed-in-place” with CFC free
RPUF with a 97% closed cell structure should not have internal wood, metal or high-density urethane structural
members. All joints should be airtight and vapor proof, with all panel edges having a tongue and groove edge of the
2.1 same density as the rest of the panels, coving and corner coves. Panels to lock together with cam lock mechanism SQM 3510
and joints finished using good quality silicon sealant . No timber should be incorporated with the construction.
Flexible vinyl gasket,resistant to damage from oil, grease, water, detergents and sunlight which is also “foamed-in-

NOTE:-1) The Copper Piping & Piping Circuit should be with MinimumNumber of joints,which shall be attained by :
(i) Using One End Expanded Tubes
(ii) Bending the tubes instead of using elbow joints wherever 90 degree bending is required.
(2)Piping should be routed at site in such a manner,that brazed joints in the refrigeration piping are kept to a
minimum.
(3) The makes of tube fittings shall be same as that of tubes.
(4) The thickness of fittings used shall be same as that of the pipe.

Design, Manufacture, Supply, Unloading, Handling, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of free standing, front
operated, fully compartmentalized cubical type, extendable on both sides Panel Boards suitable for indoor
installation & for use on 415Volts 3-phase, 4wire, 50Hz system having (with-stand) fault current carrying
capacity as specified, with suitable manual interlock arrangement, outgoing feeders, busbar & necessary
metering with interconnections etc. Complete as per schematic drawing, Specification, relevant IS standards &

including all accessories as per site conditions to make the system fully operational.Note : All MCCB should be
thermal magnetic with Adjustable upto 400A.microprocessor based for above 400A. All MCCBs with Ics rating
should be 100% Icu. Low Voltage switchgear shall comply to IS13032, IS13947, IEC60439
