Short Narrative Report about the activity:

Admist this covid 19 pandemic we became more conscious in our health because of the virus.
Our health becomes our number one priority. Physical exercise is one of the best ways to be
healthy because it involves both aspects of health. This keeps our orgams moving in proper
order. It can also prevent many diseases,ailments and problems.
Upon doing this physical exercise/ activities I found it as difficult but I enjoyed it a lot. I
know that my ability in physical exercise needs to be improved more. It helps me to be
encourage in doing some work outs to be physically fit and healthy as well especially now that
we are on this situation. I also realized that this is a good hobbies that we should always do
everyday even just for an hour at our homes. I did the physical activities and exercises day by
day. With this activity I am also challenged to be physically fit. Also one of my observation
during the conduct of the activity it helps me to improve my mental health and moods. In the
morning I started my day with this activity and it makes my body feel that I am able to do all
works that I need to accomplish in a day. I became more flexible just like before that I am not
able to do those.
I am more engaged and motivated to do some work outs and physical exercises to be healthy
and fit. This activity really helps me to be motivated on learn more physical exercises. I already
included some physical exercises in my daily routine. Instead of playing some games when we
have vacant time why not try to do some physical exercise it has a double purpose at the same
time we will be healthy and we can control our weight.
