GENERAL INFORMATION
Project Administrative Project-in-Charge/HR
Position Title: Reporting To:
Assistant I Supervisor
Department: Human Resource Business Unit: Direct Labor
SLA for Thirty (30) days prior to intended hiring date or upon acceptance of resignation
Manpower of incumbent to provide sufficient time to source, severance time from former
Requisition employer, and training prior to deployment.
Generally responsible for providing assistance in carrying out site administration-

1. AWOL Monitoring 20% 1.1. Request extraction of manpower list from site
timekeeper.
1.2. Validate, prepare and issue Notice of AWOL
(Return-to-Work Order) and Notice of Termination.
1.3. Coordinate with site timekeeper and Direct Labor
records team the status of the employee.
2. Admin Due Process 40% 2.1 Prepare and release documents for admin hearing
(Notice to Explain with Notice of Hearing, Inquiries
regarding Admin Cases).
2.2 Coordinate with Project-in-Charge and Safety Officer
and schedule panel hearing.
2.3 Conduct admin hearing.
2.4 Draft Notice of Decision for approval of Project
Committee on Discipline.
2.5 Issue signed Notice of Decision to erring employee.
3. Administrative 40% 3.1. Coordinates with HRD matters pertaining to
compensation and benefits, personnel movements,
training and development, and labor concerns.
3.2. Prepare monthly report re: employee concerns for
reporting to HRD.
3.3. Prepare monthly report re: site barracks for
reporting to management.
3.4. Prepare monitoring report of employee violations
for reporting to HRD.
3.5. File and organize pertinent documents.
3.6. Address all employees’ related concerns and
inquiries.
3.7. Validate, prepare and issue internal and external
memos and letters as required by Project-in-
Charge, Project Manager, and/or Area Manager.
3.8. Attends and conducts toolbox meeting for all
workers.
