SPECIFICATIONFORWORKMANSHIP

AND

SCOPE OF WORK
Maintenance should include pesticide spraying, regular watering, trimming, shaping, grass cutting and
keeping the area clean in all aspects and to the satisfaction of the BAJAJ.During the summers the soil is
to be mulched on top with strawand leave store the humidity of the soil, for all kinds of lawns, tree pits,
shrub beds etc

Scope of Work:The contractors /parties are required to do the following works during the
period of AMC:

 Cutting of grass (Lawns) and hedges etc…


 Removal of weeds
 Spraying of insecticides
 Manwaringandfertilizers
 Replacingofun-healthyanddeadplants.
 Regularwateringandremovingtheuselessweedsoneverydayincluding nonworking
days.
 Company shall provide Garden material such as fertilizer, pesticide, manure,
tools and machinery etc.
 Maintenanceofthe Planted Shrubs and Trees in the ground.
 MaintenanceofthePottedplantsinEarthenPotsand Polybags.
 Keepingall pavedsurfaces usedbyyou in aclean and tidycondition.
 Removingallsurplus excavations anddebrisproducedbyyour operationsat site.
 Ifanynewdevelopmentwouldberequiredthenitwillhavedonebythe contractor.
 Lawn should be maintained green with application of composite fertilizer for
every two months
ANNUALMAINTENANCECONTRACT OFLANDSCAPEANDGARDENING
 Chemical fertilizer,etc,.composite fertilizer must be sprinkled over the lawn area
regularly when directed / desired.
 The Contractor will have to deploy minimum seven memeber of labours as
agreed at whole site of BAJAJ, no of labour 07 (nine) out of which 2 are skilled
mali, 02are unskilledmali and 02 labour, o1Supervisorin whole site of BAJAJ
formaintenance jobs, inclusiveofskilledand unskilledlabours. The maintenance
job includes cutting of shrubs and stooping branches of trees, lawn mowing,
weeding,pesticidespray,watering,cleaningofgardenwasteandsoilworkingetc.
Before coating rate compulsory make site visit.
 If during the course of the maintenance period trees or shrubs other plants die
because of the negligence by theContractor, then Contractorreplace the plants at
no cost to the Owner.

 Two weeks before the end of the maintenance period, a joint inspection shall be
held to review the requirements for alteration or replacement in order to gain
approval for final handover.

 At the time of final inspection,all areas under the Contractor of weeds, neatly
cultivated and raked and all plants shall be in good order. Grass shall be neatly
cut and all clipping removed.No bare patch of earth shall be visible in turf or
planting areas unless specified (e.g., Rings around tree trunks

CLEANING &MAINTENANCE :
TERM & CONDITIONS:

1.The cleaning operation should be done at fixed intervals as per minimum specific
schedule prescribed thereof by Bajaj earth pvt ltd

The minimum schedule of cleaning activity prescribed is as under.

2.Above is the minimum cleaning activity, contractor will be binding to clean toilets and
premises as and when required/notices the dirtiness. Execution of above maintenance
activity shall be recorded in a register to be maintained by the service provider and shall be
verified by the company employee/staff. .

3.Non maintenance of records will be considered as violation of contract clause and


suitable penalty will be imposed. If repeated violation is noticed in this regard action of
terminating the contract will be initiated by company.

Maintenance work:

A: All repairs and routine maintenance to electric fittings, potholes, cracks, sanitary fittings,drainage
and signage should be attended immediately.

B: Cleaningofseptictankincludingsafedisposaloftheircontentsandmaintenanceofsewerage system.

C: Whitewashingandpaintingasandwhenrequired.

AGREEMENT:
This Agreement is made on date 12 June 2024 between one part, herein after called M/s
BAJAJ EARTH PVT LTD....assecondpart.,.Tupu S/0 Ambu Jadhav of village
KeroorforAMCofLandscaping, Gardening , cleaning & maintenance workarea

At BAJAJ EARTH PVT LTD ALGUD, GULBARGA 585101 KARNATAKA .

1. Letter of interested on dated 12th June 2024 will be part of this agreement
2. The contractor shall be solely responsible for compliance to provisions of
various labour, Industrial and any other laws applicable and all statutory
obligations, such as wages, allowances, compensations,.
3. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for any accident/Medical/
health related liability/compensation for the personnel deployed by it at
BAJAJ. The BAJAJ shall have no liability in this regard.
4. Any violation of instruction/ agreement or suppression of facts will attract
cancellation of agreement without any reference or any notice period.
5. The contract can be terminated by giving one-month notice one it her side.
6. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for timely monthly payment of
wages and any other dues to the personnel deployed at BAJAJ.
7. The personnel provided by the Contractor will not claim to become the
employees of BAJAJ and there will be no Employee and Employer
relationship between the personnel engaged by the Contractor for
deployment in BAJAJ.
8. Company shall provide Garden material such as fertilizer, pesticide,
manure, tools and machinery etc. as and when needed.
9. No payment will be made to the contractor other than awarded amount. If
any new development work will be required, the same will be undertaken.
10. There would be no increase in rates payable to the Contractor during the
contract period except reimbursement to f the statutory wages revised by
the Govt. of India under the Central Government Minimum Wages Act.
11. The Contractor also agrees to comply with Terms and Conditions and
amendments mentioned in the published and approved agreement there to
from time to time.
12. Decision of GENERAL MANAGER/BAJAJ in retardation perpetration of the
terms and conditions and the Agreement shall be final and binding on the
Contractor.
13. In case of any dispute between the Contractor and BAJAJ, the decision of
the General Manager of Bajaj earth Pvt ltd is final and binding. However, all
matters of jurisdiction shall be at the local courts located at Kalaburgi
Karnataka.
14. Penalty Clause: If you don’t follow the schedule submitted by you than one
day salary for all labor & maximum of 10% of the monthly bill amount will
be deducted from monthly submitted bill.

15. Other terms & conditions will remain same as mentioned agreement
document.
INWITNESSWHEREOFboththepartieshavesetandsubscribedtheirrespectivehands with their
seal in Kalaburgi.
