Create PV Plant and User on FusionSolar7 Public

This document describe how to create a PV plant and account on FusionSolar7 webpage and APP
from your installer account. Before creating the account, installer should create first a PV plant.
Once the account is created the installer will have own structure where he will connect all the
plants. You may ask for instruction about how to create an installer account on
[email protected]

Using the FusionSolar7 webpage

1. Login as installer on FusionSolar7 webpage

Login on FusionSolar and from the main page choose “Add Plant”:

2. Fill the basic information

The Company name is your main structure which was created once you created your account.
After you fill all the details select “Next”. All the details mark with red star are mandatory.

3. Connect the Equipment

Insert the inverter SN and select next. If you have more than one inverter select Add and insert
the SN. If you can’t go further selecting “Next” means that the inverter is offline and you need to
check the inverter / Smartlogger connection with the router and management system.
Once you inserted the SN of the inverter / Smartlogger and the device type and the model will be
recognize, means that the device is online and you can go further.

4. Set the string configuration

Select string capacity configuration and set your capacity for each string. This is mandatory in
order to not have an alarm on the PV plant details:

5. Set the electricity price configuration

Set the On-grid Tariff and Purchasing Electricity Price and select “Next”

6. Other information settings

Insert a picture (if case), region, fill the address, set the time zone and press Save

7. Confirmation

Press Confirm and the PV plant will appear into the main page of the management system

8. Create an account for the customer

From the home page choose SystemCompany ManagementAdd User

Fill the user detailsusername, email address, default password, phone number (if case) and then
select the “Owner's authorization obtained” and press Next to choose a role for the new user like
“Owner role” for the end customers and press Next

Select the specific PV plant that you want to be added to this new user and confirm with
“Confirm”, then a confirmation dialog (Creation succeeded) will appear and press Confirm

Using the FusionSolar7 APP

1. Login as installer on FusionSolar7 APP


Login on FusionSolar7 APP and from the main page select “Setup Wizard”, then scan the QR
code from inverter or manually enter the serial number and select “Add Plant”

2. Fill the basic information


After you fill all the details select “Next”. All the details mark with red star are mandatory. Then
confirm if the serial number is the right one and press Submit. Once you have the confirmation
the new PV plant will appear into the main page of the application

3. Fill the basic information


From the same main page of the application select “Add User”, fill the user details, select the
PV plant which must assigned to this user and press Save
