LiPo Battery

The document describes the components and connections of a LiPo battery-powered system, including a receiver, ESC, brushless motor, and servos. It explains how these components interact, with the LiPo battery supplying power to the ESC, which controls the motor and receives signals from the receiver. Additionally, it notes that swapping wires can change the motor's direction, a common practice in RC planes.

LiPo Battery

The components are:

 A LiPo Battery: The Lipo Battery is the power source for the system.
It has two wires coming out of it, a positive and a negative
 A Receiver (Futaba / Hitec) with an Antenna
 A Servo Connector
 An ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) with Throttle function: The ESC
(Electronic Speed Controller) is connected to the battery and
controls the motor. It has three wires coming out of it: a throttle, a
signal, and a ground wire.
 A Brushless Motor
 Four Servos (Aileron, Elevator, Rudder)
In the diagram, the wires are connected to the components by colour. The
LiPo battery is connected to the receiver (Futaba / Hitec) and the ESC,
which is connected to the Brushless Motor. The Receiver (Futaba / Hitec)
is also connected to the Servo Connector, and the ESC is connected to the
Servos (Aileron, Elevator, Rudder).
The LiPo battery is the power source and it is connected to the Electronic
Speed Controller (ESC) via positive and negative wires. The ESC is a
device that controls the speed of the brushless motor, which is connected
to the ESC through three wires (for the three phases of the motor). The
ESC also receives signals from the receiver, which is connected to the ESC
via three wires. The receiver is a device that decodes the signals from the
transmitter, which is a device that controls the ESC via radio waves. The
receiver is connected to the servo connector, which is a connector that
connects the receiver to the servo, which is a device that controls the
position of the steering wheel. The receiver is also connected to the
antenna, which is a device that receives the radio waves from the
transmitter. Finally, the ESC is connected to the motor via three wires.
The circuit is designed to ensure that the ESC receives power from the
battery and signals from the receiver and that the motor is controlled by
the ESC. By swapping any two wires around the motor, the direction of the
motor can be changed. This is a common practice in RC planes, as the
user may need to reverse the direction of the motor in order to get the
plane to drive in the desired direction. The direction of the model's
rotation can be changed by swapping the wires coming out of the ESC.
