per your advertisement for Dire Dawa duty station.
I have BA Degree in Marketing Management and MA in MBA (Masters of Business
Administration). I have been serving as Marketing Development department Coordinator and
Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Expert Monitors in Kersa district Trade office. Previously I
served as Marketing Expert and Home Economics expert in Kersa Agriculture development
office.
I am energetic, committed, versatile and hard-working professional who has been working for
public serving organizations with full time engagement. I always strive for the best and am very
quick to learn new things. Having worked for public serving organizations I am also well-versed
with Monitoring and evaluation expertise in addition to my roles of Marketing management. I
am well experienced in leading teams of high calibre. In my 15 years of work experience, on
Marketing Development department Coordinator and Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation
Expert Monitors in Trade office as well as Agriculture development office, I have acquired
specialization in a wide area of competencies which includes HRM, , Monitoring and Evaluation,
and project proposal development with excellent report writing skill. In the course of my work, I
have improved my skills through various workshops, and on-the-job trainings in Facilitation,
Advocacy, Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation and Team building. I am a fast learner, team
player, committed and hardworking staff who is always willing to take initiatives in any task
assigned to me.
In conclusion, I work well in a team, possessing great interpersonal skill and have the ability to
function effectively in a fast-paced environment working with individuals from various
backgrounds. I have skills with using internet facilities, MS packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook), efficient project and program management, Team player, Active listening and I am
proactive, with excellent communication skills and report writing abilities. I believe that life-long
learning is an integral part of professionalism and very keen to be exposed to new experiences
and learning environments on continuous basis. I aspire to be part of such developmental
organizations in order to share my knowledge and skills with others and learn from others.
