Strategy:
● Day 1-2: Revise Chapter 1—focus on management as an art, science, and profession; levels of
management, functions of management.
● Day 3-4: Revise Chapter 2—Discuss Henry Fayol's 14 principles and Taylor’s scientific management,
emphasizing practical examples.
● Day 5: Create comparison charts between Fayol and Taylor’s principles. Use case studies to apply these
principles in real-life business scenarios.
● Day 7: Review the test, clarify doubts, and focus on practical application of management principles.
Strategy:
● Day 1-2: Revise Chapter 3—Explain the features of the business environment, focus on dimensions
(economic, social, technological, etc.), and their impact on business decisions.
● Day 3-4: Revise Chapter 4—Discuss the importance and limitations of planning, steps in the planning
process, and types of plans.
● Day 5: Assign case studies related to changing business environments (like technological changes and their
impact on companies) and planning scenarios (developing plans for business growth).
● Day 6: Test on business environment and planning with focus on application-based questions.
● Day 7: Review the test, provide feedback, and explain key terms like contingency planning and strategic
planning.

● Day 1-2: Revise Chapter 5—Discuss the organizational structure (functional, divisional), differences
between centralization and decentralization, and the importance of delegation.
● Day 3-4: Revise Chapter 6—Emphasize the staffing process (recruitment, selection, training), and types of

● Day 7: Conduct a test on organizing, staffing, and directing. Review the answers and provide detailed

● Chapter 9: Financial Management (Objectives, financial decisions, factors affecting capital structure)
● Chapter 10: Financial Markets (Concept, types of markets, stock exchanges, SEBI)

● Day 1-2: Revise Chapter 8—Discuss the controlling process (setting standards, measurement of
performance, corrective action) and its relationship with planning.
● Day 3-4: Revise Chapter 9—Explain the financial decisions (investment, financing, dividend), focus on
factors affecting financial decisions and capital structure.
● Day 5: Revise Chapter 10—Focus on types of financial markets (money and capital markets), functions of
SEBI, and the role of stock exchanges.
● Day 6: Conduct practice problems on financial management and financial markets (including stock
exchange processes and financial decision-making scenarios).
● Day 7: Test on controlling, financial management, and financial markets, focusing on both theory and
application-based questions. Review and clarify doubts.
● Chapter 11: Marketing Management (Marketing concept, functions, marketing mix—4 Ps)
● Chapter 12: Consumer Protection (Rights of consumers, ways and means of consumer protection, role of
NGOs)

● Day 1-2: Revise Chapter 11—Discuss the marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), and types of
marketing strategies (product differentiation, market segmentation).
● Day 3-4: Revise Chapter 12—Explain consumer rights and the Consumer Protection Act with examples.
Discuss the role of consumer courts and NGOs in consumer protection.
● Day 5: Solve case studies related to marketing management (developing marketing strategies for a product)
and consumer protection (handling consumer complaints).
● Day 7: Analyze test results, reinforce key marketing and consumer protection concepts, and provide
feedback.
● Full syllabus revision covering Part A: Principles and Functions of Management and Part B: Business
Finance and Marketing.

● Day 1-2: Quick revision of all chapters from Part A—Nature and Significance of Management, Principles
of Management, Business Environment, Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, and Controlling.
● Day 3-4: Quick revision of all chapters from Part B—Financial Management, Financial Markets, Marketing
Management, Consumer Protection.
● Day 5: Conduct Mock Test 1—Full syllabus test covering all chapters of Part A.
● Day 6: Conduct Mock Test 2—Full syllabus test covering all chapters of Part B.
● Day 7: Review both mock tests, discuss time management strategies for the exam, and clarify any remaining
doubts. Focus on handling case studies and application-based questions effectively.
