Purpose of HR Policy
This Employee handbook has been designed to help new and current Employees familiarize themselves with Autonics
Automation India Pvt.Ltd. Policies, Procedures and business culture.
Autonics values the talents and abilities of our employees and seek to foster an open, cooperative, and dynamic
environment in which employees and the company alike and thrive. The Company provides and open door policy in which
employees are encouraged to take problems to the next level of management if they are unable to resolve a situation with
their direct supervisor.
Autonics Will always try to give employees notice when a policy or benefit is expected to change.However, the company
may choose for its own reasons at any time and with no prior notice to change,delete,add,remove or otherwise modify
any or all contents to meet economic, financial or other conditions as needed.

Reimbursement Policy
Reimbursement :-
we understand the significance of providing mileage reimbursement to our employees for business-related travel. To ensure proper record-keeping and financial
transparency, we have implemented the following policy concerning mileage claims:
Employees are eligible for mileage reimbursement when they use their personal vehicles for business-related travel. If Mileage claim exceeds INR 15 K then
Petrol / Diesel / CNG bills are mandatory for particular month

Own Vehicle (Two-Wheeler or Four Wheeler) is mandatory for any Sales & Technical Engineer or Manager
If the KM’s are more than 100 KM one side Prior Approval from BM /SM / TM/ HR is mandatory with detailed Explanation of Visit have to use Local
Transport of Particular area. And, attach approval email in PDF format while doing online claim reimbursement
Toll Receipts are considered only for the transaction through Fastag
Reimbursement of expenses is allowed within the parameters of the policy, and when reimbursement will not be received from any other source.
Claims for reimbursement of travel expenses must be submitted to the HR/Admin Department for approval every 5th for PAN India Colleagues
of calendar days after the expenses occurred, once it is approved from HR/Admin department. And, employee will get reimbursement
15th of every month
Visit forms & MOM’s are not applicable for Sales Employees (Except Technical Department)
Bills / Invoices are required for all kind of transactions like Meals, Transport, Parking Receipts and any other expense.
5th of very month Need to submit Claim Online in HRMThrerad along with supporting documents 15th of every month

6) For Single Project Incentive Outstanding of Same Distributor Should be below Month & BM / SE Should achieve 100% of the Quarterly Individual & Regional Target
7) Single Project Incentive is considerable if Sales achieved of Single Project and if order is not available in Stock
Performance Appraisal
A Year There will be an appraisal based on current year performance Every Year based on Last date of their increment.
For Yearly Increment, With Individual Performance Employer will also take some important points such as Sales/Task Performance, Warning Letters, Leav
es Taken in a year, Given to an Employee in a Year, Task Quality Behavioural Practice of an Employee etc.
Employer is not bound to do Appraisal due to several Reasons such as Heavy Loss in business, Employee's code of conduct, Natural Calamities Etc.

Attendance Policy
Timely and regular attendance is an expectation of performance for all employees. To ensure adequate staffing, positive
employee morale, and to meet expected productivity standards throughout the Organization.
If any employee is coming late to the office, they need to inform their respective Manager and HR before 08:30 AM. Any employee, who is coming late, will be
marked as late-in for that day & will be given a point for that, which would be considered as negative
remark in terms of disciplinary issue.
All these points will be measure in Appreciation / Increment in each Year against Disciplinary Action.
Employee Need to Submit Leave Application form before one week in case of 1 or 2 days planned leaves to be approved from
Management.
However in case of Planned leaves are more than 2 days it should be Priory request minimum 2 weeks or maximum a month to
HR & Reporting Manager.
If Any Employee comes to the office after 09:00 am twice or more than it will be considered as a half day leave

Leave Policy
Absenteeism from office
Any employee, who is outside the office during working hours, should ensure that the immediate manager (or a colleague, if the immediate
manager is not available) is aware of his/her whereabouts.
Unauthorized absence from office, or absence from office without prior approval from the immediate manager, will be recorded as misconduct in
the employee’s file. Unauthorized absence will be treated as Loss of Pay (LOP).
Holidays:
Employees who are in probation period will get Total of 6 Leaves 3- PL & 3- SL each till the probation get complete, if he/she completes the
ir leaves during probation the leaves will be counted as LWP (Leaves without Pay).
Any employee who completed their leaves before finishing the year, additional leaves will be result to deduction in the
salary of the proceeding month.
If any employee did not marked attendance (Mark-In / Mark-Out) on any working day. Then same day will be considered as Absent / Leave
on same day
