IMPORTANT NOTES
 The passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure and at the time of tour
completion.
 All prices are based on basic room category in above mentioned hotels.
 A person below 12 years of age on date of return flight will be considered a child.
 A baby below 24 months of age on date of return flight will be considered an infant.
 Third person in a triple room will be provided with a sofa cum bed or roll away bed depending on
the
 availability at the hotel.
 Functioning of Air cooling/Air conditioning in hotels is subject to official declaration of summer by
the local authority. Some hotels might not have air conditioning.
 All transfers quoted are based upon standard sedan vehicles. Maximum luggage capacity is one
check-in bag and one hand bag per person. Additional luggage will attract supplement charges for
the luggage to be brought by a separate vehicle.

 The above is only a quote and no bookings have been made as yet. All services such as airline seats, and
ground arrangements are blocked once the initial deposit is made by clients.
 Infant costs may be chargeable in a few hotels.
 Surcharges applicable during Conventions, Special Events, Festivals, Trade fairs, Blackout dates, Weekends,
etc. (For E.g.: Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, etc)
 It is Mandatory for the guests to have Yellow Fever Vaccination 10 days before their arrival back to India and
Polio Vaccination 45 days before their departure from India.
 It is important to notice that various service providers may impose special terms and conditions regarding
deposits, payments, cancellation fees, and/or refunds from time to time. All reservations would be subject to
these additional conditions.
 You will have to strictly follow the tour program and comply with the terms and conditions of the various
contractors/service providers such as hotels, airlines, ground transportation vendors, etc.
 Tours and transfers depart strictly as per the time mentioned on the final itinerary. Please note as no delays
will be permitted under any circumstances. Should the client be late, the tour or transfer will depart without
the client. You are required to be punctual and adhere to the timelines of the tour and of the
contractors/service providers. If you are not punctual, you could miss your flight, coach, meals etc. No refunds
will be provided, and alternative arrangements will be an extra cost.
 All transfers quoted are ‘direct’ transfers – any stops or deviations en route will attract a supplement cost.
 No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
 Extra beds could be separate beds/sofa cum bed / rollaway bed. It is as per Hotel Policy and cannot be
guaranteed.
 Guests requiring wheelchair assistance will have to make their own arrangements. Additional charges will be
applicable.
 Above is a tentative proposed itinerary. Final itinerary will be given after confirmation of the tour
program.
 On certain days, we may sometimes amend/ reverse the itinerary due to some unavoidable
conditions. However, all the services/ inclusions will remain the same.
 Timings and schedules will be subject to change without notice.
 We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
 No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground
transportation, meals, accommodation, and sightseeing tours.
 Issuance of visas is solely under the discretion of the Consulates / Embassies. Our role is to assist you in the
submission of visa and guide you with the formalities. We do not hold any responsibility in case of any
rejection of visas. The cancellation policy will be still applicable even if the visas get rejected.
 All/Any expenses passengers might be incurred due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight
cancellation/delays, accidents of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier
policies, etc. It is suggested that clients take out travel insurance. We merely act a service broker and do not
accept any liability.
 We strongly advise passengers to take out insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of
baggage, curtailment and default at the time of booking.
 It is customary for certain hotels to request a credit-card deposit upon check-in to cover any incidental
charges. Unused funds will be refunded upon check-out. Some hotels may accept a cash deposit in lieu, but
this cannot be guaranteed. It is the client’s duty to reverse the credit card charge on check out.
 The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. According to occupancies hotels are subject to change.
We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher
standard. The difference in cost is payable extra.
 From the options available for hotels against respective hotel category, we can only take requests for a certain
hotel. However final decision to offer the hotel will rest with us.
 Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. Fuel Increases,
Government Regulations, Government Levies, Duties, etc.
 Any requests such as (Interconnecting Room, Adjacent Rooms, Rooms on the same floor, 1 king size / 1
double bed/ twin bed, floor map, early check in, non/ smoking room, etc.) is subject to availability on first
come first serve basis up on your guest arrival at the hotel and it is totally discretionary and up to the hotel
to assign. However, we will request this for you as priority.
 Most hotels Check In time is between 1500-1600hrs & Check Out time is between 1000-1100hrs and varies
from hotel to hotel. If necessary, we will request an early check in or late checkout but this is subject to
availability. For guaranteed early check – in, please pre-book your stay for the previous night and for
guaranteed late check – out, please pre-book your stay for the next night.
 Baggage allowed is 1 medium-sized suitcase and one handbag person.
 Passport should be valid up to six months from the date of return.
