corresponding stroke switch limit by hand ,at the same time, check whether the corresponding LED
lamp on the PCB board is on or off normally(General cover limit or press the travel switch limit
corresponding to the LED off, release the visor or release the hand LED light ).Be sure to ensure
that each limit is working properly before the next step of debugging.

Motor Direction Debugging

On the basis of the completion of limit debugging, the direction of each motor is debugged:
Enter the debugging state, debug the direction of up and down motor, column moving
motor,SID motor ,tabletop transverse motor, compressor motor,Rotary foot pedal
motor(optional),ensure that the motor direction are accurate,If the direction of the motor is opposite,
replace the two wiring of the motor. The common end drive line of the compressor is unchanged.

Potentiometer Debugging
During debugging, the potentiometer is released from the gear; The AD value increases when
the table up,The AD value decreases when the table down. The AD value increases when the
column up,The AD value decreases when the column down. The potentiometer AD value can be
measured with a multimeter,The voltage of 4%~96% VCC is normal or the range of 32~990
displayed on the control panel is normal. If the range is beyond this, the potentiometer is abnormal
and the parameters cannot be saved. In normal mode, the corresponding error code of the
potentiometer is displayed.

Automatic calibration interface

The initial default first small focus of the tube current calibration, press the hand switch 1, 2
gear, until the small focal tube current calibration can be released after the end of the hand switch
(Each calibration is played with a mA value and will be ticked in the corresponding box of the
table.); After 10 minutes of rest, select the large focus "Large Focus", press the hand switch 1, 2
gear, use the same way to carry out the large focus of tube current calibration. In the process of
automatic control, if the hand switch is loosened, the upper computer interface will pop up a
prompt box, "automatic tube is not completed, whether to continue". At this time, you can choose
"yes", press the 1 and 2 gear of the hand switch again, continue to calibrate from the KV and MA
values that have just been interrupted, and also choose "no" to end this automatic control operation.
The calibration of automatic tube current only includes 6 gears: 50KV, 60KV, 70KV, 80KV, 100KV
and 120KV. The remaining KV files are calculated by software.
After the automatic tube end, it returns to the manual tube interface, selects several KV files
and several mA files randomly, exposing under the 12.5mS condition, verifying the tube current,

105

observing whether the mA value is accurate, and whether the error value is within the allowable
range.
5.4.2.3 Fluoroscopy Calibration
This machine has made an automatic calibration of the X-ray current when calibrating the
tube current. The following is only required to enter the perspective calibration interface as shown
below.

Fluoroscopy Calibration Interface

First adjust the mA to 0.5, step on the foot switch, and adjust the filament value until the
feedback value is equal to the selected mA value by ±10%.
The calibration method is the same as the above mA values: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
After the calibration is completed, wait for 5 minutes and do other operations.

5.4.3 Final Confirmation Inspection

related technical problems.

5.5 X-ray and Image Calibration

5.5.1 X - ray Beam Collimation Adjustment

Adjust the table in a horizontal position, will collimator opening to maximum, the collimating
tube placed in the center of the image intensifier is.Open the acquisition workstation software and
manually set the photography conditions: 50kV,5mAs, observed by the method of perspective
collimating tube round imaging the edge of the monitor, if the edge size uniform (projection edge
thickness is the difference between the maximum and minimum 1 mm or less) suggests that X-ray
focus is perpendicular to the wire grid. If uneven, adjust the tube to the thicker side of the edge until
even.
106
User’s Manual V2.11.1E
5.5.2 Adjustment of Dosimetry Indication Values

Accuracy of dosimetry indication values:

1. When the specific kinetic energy rate of air and cumulative specific kinetic energy of air
exceed 6 mGy/min and 100 mGy, the deviation from their displayed values should not be more than
± 35% ;
2. The deviation from the cumulative display value of the dose area above 5uGy•m2 should
not be greater than ±35 % ;
The display of the dose indication value is obtained by calculating the loading factors of the
high voltage generator, so the output accuracy of the high voltage generator must be controlled to
ensure the accuracy of the dose indication value.

5.5.3 Collimator X - ray Field - light Field Coincidence Calibration

Placed in the center of the image intensifier 100 x100 square iron box (coarse 5 x 5), adjusting
the limit of the beam splitter to X and Y to speak, in the light of wild slightly larger than the iron
box (5 mm or so), by looking through the method of the limit of optical field box beam and the
place of iron frame around the gap is consistent, otherwise adjust the limit of internal view the
