and excellent anti-interference performance.
Frequency converter control technology, the table operates with soft startup and soft
shutdown, which is smooth without noise and the position, is more accurate.
Reliable angular displacement sensor technology with excellent precision, little
dynamic noise and long mechanical service life.
Tilt range: 90° ~ 0° ~ -25°, it can carry out conventional examinations about
alimentary organs, and it also can be used for a variety of special examinations.
Humanized design of diagnostic table side switch, which is more convenient for
positioning when operating local the console.
FPD and Toshiba high-quality image intensifier, which further improves image clarity
and contrast ratio, and makes it much easier and clearer to identify the nidus.
The moving range of spot-film device is wide, so we adopt the operating mode with
machine moving but people unmoving, which thus simplifies the implementation of a series of
inspections from the throat and esophagus to the lower abdomen.
2. Generator
Generator with X-ray radiography and fluoroscopy functions and its maximum output
power is 65.5 kW.
Output voltage is 150kV.
Smaller and lighter block design
During exposure, you can adjust kV and mA buttons to achieve constant X-ray output.
Large screen LCD flat panel display, which is used to display APR conditions and
practical conventional items.
User-friendly operating system configuration.
A variety of diagnostic procedures with prompt information for the operator.
3. Flat panel detector
The high-tech FPD flat panel detector converts X-rays directly into electrical signals
for better clarity and sensitivity
17×17-inch large-sized flat detector, which can completely cover the full belly and full

corresponding stroke switch limit by hand ,at the same time, check whether the corresponding LED
lamp on the PCB board is on or off normally(General cover limit or press the travel switch limit
corresponding to the LED off, release the visor or release the hand LED light ).Be sure to ensure
that each limit is working properly before the next step of debugging.
Potentiometer Debugging
During debugging, the potentiometer is released from the gear; The AD value increases when
the table up,The AD value decreases when the table down. The AD value increases when the
column up,The AD value decreases when the column down. The potentiometer AD value can be
measured with a multimeter,The voltage of 4%~96% VCC is normal or the range of 32~990
displayed on the control panel is normal. If the range is beyond this, the potentiometer is abnormal
and the parameters cannot be saved. In normal mode, the corresponding error code of the
potentiometer is displayed.

1.Table up and down travel limit debugging:The photoelectric coupler is used as the limit
protection device for thetable, and the potentiometer is used as the limit device. It is installed on the
optical coupling control in the base assembly, as shown in Figure 5-2.
At debugging mode “C01”,first,insert a block of suitable size into the infrared transmission
slot of the photoelectric coupler in the direction of +90° from the table, and then check whether the
LED4 light on the corresponding PCB is off. When removesd, LED4 light on the PCB is on, if it is
normal, otherwise check the corresponding line and the corresponding photoelectric coupler until
normal. Similarly, the -25° photoelectric coupling of the table was tested. Check the LED1 on the
PCB, and finally confirm that the visor is installed.

On the manual control interface, adjust the mA to 32mA, mS to 100mS, from 40kV to
exposure, every two minutes exposure, each additional 5kV is exposed 3 times in this file, and has
been added to the highest tube voltage of the tube. If there is a tube discharge in the exposure
process, the kV will be reset to 40kV and repeat the above adjustment steps. The whole tube
training process will end after normal,.
5.4.2.3 Automatic Calibration of Tube Current
Select the corresponding X-ray tube at the configuration interface, and set workstation 1 to "NO

table.); After 10 minutes of rest, select the large focus "Large Focus", press the hand switch 1, 2
gear, use the same way to carry out the large focus of tube current calibration. In the process of
automatic control, if the hand switch is loosened, the upper computer interface will pop up a
prompt box, "automatic tube is not completed, whether to continue". At this time, you can choose
"yes", press the 1 and 2 gear of the hand switch again, continue to calibrate from the KV and MA
values that have just been interrupted, and also choose "no" to end this automatic control operation.
The calibration of automatic tube current only includes 6 gears: 50KV, 60KV, 70KV, 80KV, 100KV
and 120KV. The remaining KV files are calculated by software.
After the automatic tube end, it returns to the manual tube interface, selects several KV files
and several mA files randomly, exposing under the 12.5mS condition, verifying the tube current,

The high-voltage generator of the equipment must be debugged by the factory or the
technicians approved by the factory. Please consult the supplier for the debugging method and
related technical problems.

CHAPTER7 MAINTENANCE
1. General Rules
This equipment needs regular maintenance; following suggestions will be good for usage and
safety.
● Keep room clean, dry, and with good ventilation.
● Mechanical safety will be degraded due to long time usage. In order to reduce potential
damage to both user and patient, it is necessary to check mechanism if any loose and if brake
is good.
● Correct electrical calibration can well perform machine’s performance. Calibration work
should be completed by professional staff authorized by our company.
● Machine should be in charged by designed person and establish file management system.
● Any changes to machine are forbidden to ensure both patient and operator’s safety, if any
changes needed, please contact with manufacturer.
● Adjustment for contact gap among moving parts with orbital bearing assembly should
be done once a year.
● Regular big repair should be done, for details pls contact with manufacturer.
● If product has malfunction, contact with professional staff approved by manufacturer.
● Operator should be well trained and can complete normal inspection.

resistance is very small).
7.Check power supply on a regular basis, and check power supply resistance value (or the
power supply voltage value is changed), to make sure it meet machine’s requirement.
8.After using the controller, it should be cut off the power in time.
9.Avoid striking of x-ray tube components during operation.
10.When X-ray tube components are used for the first time or idled for a longer time, it must
be progressive loading before X-ray tube used, and do the sophisticated test to avoid
damaging to the X-ray tube by instantaneous load.
11.When machine works continuously, please pay attention to the X-ray tube assembly to
allow Thermal capacity, or check surface temperature of X-ray tube assembly , it can’t
