A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SANNGUNIANG KABATAAN ANNUAL BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2024, UTILIZING AVAILABLE RESOURCES
TO THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED SIX AND 69/100 PESOS ONLY (349,406.69) OF BARANGAY SAN
ISIDRO, LUPON DAVAO ORIENTAL.

WHEREAS, the Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, under Chapter II Section 8(b) states that “Approve the
annual slice of the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program before the of the succeeding fiscal year, and, if the Sangguniang Kabataan funds allow, a
supplemental budget”;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan, with the concurrence of Katipunan ng Kabataan of Barangay San Isidro, Lupon, Davao Oriental drafted the approved
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan last October 7, 2022;

WHEREAS, this body adheres to the provisions and requirements stated in the Republic Act 10742, DBM-DILG-NYC Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, S.2019,
and all pertinent laws and regulations;
WHEREOF, on motion of Honorable Sangguniang Kabataan Member Christian Jay C. Quer and dully seconded by all Sangguniang Kabataan members present;

BE IT RESOLVED, as the body hereby resolved, APPROVING THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN ANNUAL BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2024,
UTILIZING AVAILABLE RESOURCES TO THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED SIX AND 69/100 PESOS
ONLY (349,406.69) OF BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO, LUPON, DAVAO ORIENTAL.

RESOLVED FURTHER, let copies of this resolution provided to all agencies and offices concerned for their information, reference and appropriate action;

RESOLVED FINALLY, the effectivity of this resolution shall take effect on January 1, 2024.

ADOPTED this 8th day of December 2023 on motion of Honorable Sangguniang Kabataan Member Angelie G. Singcol, unanimously seconded.
