Job Description & Key Responsibilities: -

• Held accountable for ensuring client satisfaction by delivering Facility Management services and providing a lead role in monitoring and
increasing customer satisfaction. Managed building automation systems, building documentation, the preventive maintenance program,
and the testing and repair of life safety systems.
• Coordinated with client representatives to understand their needs and ensure the work schedule takes account of the downtime windows
negotiated with clients.
• Facilitating the department's facilities activities by providing specialist engineering knowledge and advice associated with the full range
of building services, Planning, and undertaking scheduled.
• Instrumentally planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities.
• Performing analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes, and recommending & implementing
improvements. Developing processing plans and optimizing resource allocation
• Evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies.
• Preparing reports and compliance documentation
• Assuring day-to-day management, operational activities, associated record keeping, maintenance and repair of sites mechanical, electrical,
plumbing, and subcontracted specialized services (including Elevators & Escalators, swimming pool, Fire Alarm system, Fire Fighting

• Allocating and managing the facility space for maximum efficiency with supervising maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
Overseeing facility refurbishment and renovation works based on on-site requirements.
• Dexterously obtaining quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers, calculating and comparing costs for goods and services to maximize
cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiating contracts to optimize delivery and cost-saving and monitor activities of contract suppliers
controls with consultants / contractors.
• Review of initial tender drawings and related tender documents and for any missing / unclear information design / scope information.

• Preparing all the related shop drawings with site engineers / drafting team, review and submitting the same for the consultant approval,
well in advance to the commencement of the site activities.
• Coordinating between different electromechanical, main contractor and other trades for the proper site installation at site and making a
proper provision for other contractors’ services installation etc.,
• Oversee and review, submitting the detailed method statements for all the installations carried out at site, explaining and guiding the
same to the site engineers and other supervisory staff down the line.
• All engineering calculation such as pump head, AHU ESP and heat load calculations.
• Preparing project schedules, logs, procurement & budgets, proposals, and subcontract / consultant agreements.
• Setting up processes for completing the work as per program schedule by coordinating main contractors and others.
• Execution of HVAC works of various commercial, residential projects with quality work of projects
• Oversee the Preparation of the detail BOQ and rough project cost
• Oversee and monitor the retrofit or construction of HVAC
• Provide technical advice/input relevant to HVAC systems.
• Ensures that the subcontractors have a planned, structured, and solution-based approach to the of delivery
maintenance services
• Scheduled cross feedback from subcontractors and Client staff on our process to improve services level &
satisfaction in organization.
