RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement is made and executed on this the day of 30th OCTOBER, 2023 by
and between:-
SMT. NEELAM LAVANYA, W/O VENKAT RAO aged about 46 years
Occupation:Housewife,Resident of H.No.MIG-183,Plot No.913,BHARATHNAGAR,
HYDERABAD, PIN 500018, TELANGANA STATE. (PAN: APBPL9033N)
(Hereinafter called the "OWNER/LANDLORD" which term shall mean and include all heirs,
successors, legal representatives, administrators, assigns etc. of the ONE PART)

IN FAVOUR OF
SRI.LANKALAPALLI UMA MAHESWARA RAO S/O DURGA RAO, Aged about 29 years,
Occupation: Private Employee, R/o. H.No.LIG-521, BHARATH NAGAR,HYDERABAD, PIN
500018, TELANGANA STATE. (PAN: AMGPL8772J)

(Hereinafter called the "TENANT" which term shall mean and include all heirs, successors, legal
representatives, administrators, assigns, etc. of the ONE PART)

Whereas the Landlord is the absolute owner and possessor of the H.No.LIG-521,
BHARATH NAGAR, HYDERABAD, PIN 500018, TELANGANA STATE which is hereinafter
referred to as the PREMISES
The Tenant herein above approached the Landlord to take the portion in the
above said premises on rent for RESIDENCE and the Landlord agreed to the same

THIS DEED OF RENTAL WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:


1. The Tenant has taken the above-said premises for "RESIDENCE" and should not use the same
for any purpose without the Landlord's written permission.
2. The Rent for the above-said premises is Rs.16,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Only) per
month Excluding maintenance and is payable on or before the 5th of every succeeding month of the
previous month.
3. The Tenant has paid a sum of Rs.32,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Two Thousand Only) to the Landlord
towards the Security Deposit and said amount shall be returned/adjusted to the Tenant at the time
of vacating the premises by adjusting the dues and cost of damages if any.
4. The Tenant herein shall be responsible for paying the Electricity consumption charges, and
maintenance charges every month regularly and preserve the receipt of the bills paid.
5. The Tenant herein shall not Transfer or sub-let their rental right of the above-said premises at
any cost.
6. The Tenant shall not carry out any repairs, or alterations to the above said premises without
written permission of the Landlord.
7. This Deed of Rental will be for a period of ELEVEN MONTHS, w.e.f. 1-APRIL-2023 and after the
expiry of the period, the tenancy may be continued at the option of the landlord by enhancing rent
@ 10% on the existing rent.
8. The Tenant herein shall permit the Landlord or his agents, and servants to inspect the above said
premises at all reasonable times.
9. If the Tenant commits any default in payment of any one month rent or commits any breach of
the terms of this Rental Agreement, the Landlord will be entitled to recovery of peaceful possession
of the above said premises without giving any notice.
10. That the Tenant and Landlord are at liberty to vacate the premises by giving (3) three-month
notice period for vacating the premises peacefully.

This Rental Deed was executed on this 30th Oct, 2023 with their free will and consent in the
presence of the following witnesses.
