Note-1: Ruchi Soya Industries Limited* - As per order dated December 5th,2016 of the Hon’ble
Calcutta High Court, the amount of Rs 4.06 crores appears to have been allowed to be set off. Further,
a cash deposit of Rs. 2.14 crores as per court's direction was deposited by JVL with the Registrar of
Calcutta High Court. Thus, the entire debt appears to be settled. The clam is disputed, and the
matter is subjudice. Hence the claim has not been admitted.
Note-2: Deputy Commissioner, Central Tax, CGST & CX, Chowringhee Division, Kolkata North
Commissionerate* - Pursuant to order of the Hon’ble NCLT Allahabad dated 13th December 2019, the
condonation of delay is allowed by NCLT. Claim is under verification and final admitted amount will
be updated post verification of documents.
Note
Out of claims filed by operational creditors, 363 claims have been verified/admitted which are being
verified and admitted based on the information made available till 31st July,2020 and are on a best
estimate basis.
Post October 23, 2018 till 31st July 2020, the Resolution Professional has received 70 claims from the
operational creditors (including Statutory Authorities) out of which claims from 4 operational
creditors though received after the stipulated date have been admitted on verification of documents
pursuant to NCLT order for condonation of delay and 62 claims from the employees and workmen.

General Notes
1. The lists provided above contain the names of the creditors who submitted their claims
till the end of October 23, 2018. The claims submitted by creditors are being reviewed
based on the information made available till the date of this computation i.e. 31st
July,2020. Accordingly, any changes / revisions in circumstances or information newly
available after this date by the financial and operational creditors could affect the
amount of claim verified.
2. Upon completion of the CIR Process for JVL Agro Industries Limited, the claims of the
financial and operational creditors shall be resolved in accordance with the resolution
plan approved for JVL Agro Industries Limited by the Hon’ble National Company Law
Tribunal, Allahabad Bench (“NCLT”). Neither the company nor the resolution
professional is authorized to take any action towards satisfying these claims till the
resolution plan is approved by the Hon’ble NCLT.
