Physical Fitness Assessment (Video Guidelines)

As part of your fitness assessment, you need to submit a video

demonstrating the required exercises. This assessment aims to measure
your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and agility. Follow the
instructions carefully for each exercise.

General Instructions:

● Video Format:

○ Ensure your location is safe and spacious enough for the
exercises.
○ Make sure the camera captures your full body during each
exercise.
● Video Length Options:
○ Option 1: Record all exercises in a single video, not exceeding 10
minutes.
○ Option 2: Record separate videos for each exercise
(Cardiovascular Endurance, Long Jump, Curl-Ups), with each
video not exceeding 3 minutes.

Exercise Instructions

1. Cardiovascular Endurance

● Before Activity: Measure your resting heart rate (beats per minute)
and show/say the measurement on camera.
● Activity: Perform a cardiovascular exercise of your choice for 3
minutes (options include jumping jacks, running in place, or
skipping).

showing/saying it on camera to assess your heart's response to
physical activity.
2. Standing Long Jump

● Instructions: Perform a standing long jump from a marked starting

line.
● Attempts: Record two attempts. Measure the distance of each jump
in centimeters and show the measurements on camera.
