"Good [morning/afternoon], everyone, I am Misba Shaikh.

Today, I will be presenting a Superstore

Analysis Dashboard which was created using Power BI. The Superstore Analysis Dashboard provides
a comprehensive view of the business performance from 2021 to 2024. It highlights kpi, such as
profit, sales, discounts, and quantity sold, while offering deeper insights into customer segments,
product categories, monthly trends, and geographical performance. Additionally, we’ll highlight our
top-performing and underperforming products and review the geographical performance of cities with
the lowest profit margins. Let us begin our analysis
This visual shows business performance form year 2021 to 2024. Each year shows drastic change in
the data. At a glance, the dashboard highlights the total profit and sales, quantity of products sold,
with a moderate discount on the product. These kpi indicate overall business efficiency and revenue
generation over the years.
The donut Chart shows he sales distribution across three segments: Consumer, Corporate, and Home
Office The Consumer segment leads with $1.17M in sales, followed by Corporate with $0.72M, and
Home Office with $0.44M. This helps to understand majority of sales.
The sales of Category is showen by using a pie diagram this that hightights the 3 main product
categories : Furniture, Technology, and Office Supplies, giving us an overview of how each broad
product group contributes to overall sales. This distribution changes when we select different years
from slicer and data varies in across diff cities.

The dashboard identifies the most and least profitable products. the Canon imageCLASS as the top
performer with a $25K profit, signaling strong demand and good margins, which should be further
promoted. In contrast, the Cubify CubeX 3D Printer shows the highest loss at -$8.9K, suggesting it’s
underperforming due to factors like low demand or high costs. This emphasizes the need to focus on
profitable products for growth while considering revaluation or discontinuation of underperforming
items to cut losses.

The Area charts show the Year-over-Year (YoY) trends for monthly sales and profits from 2021 to
2024. The first chart shows that sales have been steadily growing, with significant spikes in certain
months. The second area chart emphasizes the monthly profit trends, revealing more noticeable
fluctuations compared to sales. The sales trends over the years show that sales increased in the last
quarter, especially from September to December. This seasonal pattern means it's important to put
extra effort into these months to take advantage of the increased demand.

The geographical map shows 5 cities with the lowest profit margins. These areas need closer attention
to figure out why they're not performing well. Possible reasons could include poor marketing, wrong
pricing, or customer dissatisfaction Once the issues are identified, targeted solutions can be created to
help improve performance in those cities.
