Flow Chart to do the online registration

Step 1 : Visit CBSE Main website www.cbse.gov.in and open “प्रशिक्षण शिवेणी

Prashikshan Triveni”
.

Step 2 : Click on the ‘PRINCIPAL/TEACHERS (Bhagirathi) which is Schools area of


access for training related activities/Training Reference Material/Training
Circulars/Notifications.
Step 3 : Click on ‘Registration for Training & Certification’

Step 4: Click on “Register for ‘Face-to-face/Offline Capacity Building Programme”


The following page will display: -

The following available Programme Categories can be seen in drop-down menu

● Generic CBPs
● Subject specific CBPs

● Prospective Resource Persons Programmes

● Induction programme for newly affiliated schools


Step 5: After selecting the programme category, list of scheduled programmes
available under the selected category will display. Click on ‘Register’ to register for the
desired training programme.

The following box will appear.

After clicking on ‘Confirm and Proceed’, the following screen will appear:
There are 3 ways to proceed depending upon the category of user.
1. School affiliated with CBSE (For multiple participants’ registration) –
School will login with their credentials and select the teachers whom they want to
register for the training programmes. The teachers registered by the school on
OASIS portal will reflect here in the list. User id and password will be provided by
the school to its teachers, which will then be used by its teachers for accessing
the portal of training related activities.

2. New individual teacher: A new registrant can fill in the registration form. A login
id and password shall be issued which shall be used for accessing the portal for
training related activities.
3. Existing participant may proceed with its login credentials to register.

Step 6: The details of the selected programme and participants will display. Click to
proceed for online payment.
These fee screenshots are informational. Actual fee amount may change as per the
fee structure.

After Successful online payment, user will be returned back to the portal. If online
transaction is successful, then ‘Online Payment successful’ message will appear in
Fee Status with transaction id.
If online transaction is failed, then ‘transaction failed’ message will appear in fee
Status with transaction id.

In case of payment failure, user can go to 'Make Payment' option to complete the
payment formalities by login into the portal.
After payment, receipt is generated which can be downloaded by the participants.
‘Confirmation’ option will take School/Teacher to their dashboard.

Attend the training session at the Venue as per the given schedule. After the training
session is over, Attendance shall be marked online by Venue Director/CoE on the
portal.
After the attendance is marked, the participant will have to submit the feedback of the
training session and download the certificate.
To submit feedback and download e-certificate, click on “Assessment, Feedback &
Certificate”
The following screen will appear. Select the first option.

It will take to the login screen and then to the participant’s dashboard on the portal.
Step 7: Choose ‘Submit Feedback’ ‘Offline CBP’

Select Title of programmes attended and submit its feedback.

Step 8: After successful submission of Feedback, select the tab ‘My Account’ and click
on ‘Certificate for Offline CBP’

Fill in the required details and download the e-certificate.
