Terms and Conditions:

1. To benefit from Return, Exchange and Warranty services, original invoice is required.

2. All items are subject to Return and Exchange except (Books, Electronics, Software, Video Games and
Prepaid Cards) with the following terms :

• Item is in original packing condition.


• Return is within 3 days and exchange is within 7 days of date of purchase.
• Offers item can be returned with the purchased item if the offers item is still in the original condition
otherwise its price will be deducted.
• Item Purchased through vouchers or credit card cannot be refunded in cash.
• Jarir Bookstore will replace devices with factory defects(non-software)with a similar item within
3 days of the purchase date. This might require a technical report from the authorized Service
provider.

3. Refunding the amount collected on behalf of 3rd parties depends solely on the service provider’s
Return & Exchange policies, and it requires customer providing the payment slip alongside Jarir Invoice.

4. For Warranty Services, customers should go directly to the Authorized Service Center.

5. Warranty policy is subject to each product’s terms and conditions highlighted in the user manual; or on
terms and conditions of Jarir Warranty policy on jarir.com.
