SPECIFICATIONS FOR APARTMENTS

Structure :
RCC Framed Structure as per drawings.
Basement height 3 feet from existing Ground level .
Masonry for External & Internal Walls. (External 8” AAC bricks,
Internal 6” AAC bricks )
Cement – 43 grade (Priya & Penna) & 53(Ultratech & Birla) grade
OPC & PPC
Steel : Fe 415 & fe 500 grade (Jairaj / Jsw / Tirupathi ).

Flooring :
2'x2' Vitrified Tiles for the entire flat (Flooring). Tiles not
exceeding Rs 45/- to 50/- sq.ft.
Anti-skid ceramic tiles for Toilet, Utility (box Rs.250).
Corridor & steps granite of Rs 65/-
Bathroom Wall tiles up to 6’ height . Tiles not exceeding Rs.220/-
per box.

Kitchen :
Polished Granite Counter Top 2 feet width and Ceramic Glazed Tile
Dado up to 4’0” above the Working Platform. Tiles not exceeding
Rs.30/sq.ft.
Stainless Steel Sink with single bowl without drain board.
Exhaust Fan provision.

Joineries :
